PTA Awards and Recognitions
Golden Acorn
A Golden Acorn Award is presented by a local PTA to a community or school volunteer in recognition of her or his dedication and service to children and youth. Recipients receive a certificate and pin, and a contribution is made in their name to the Washington State PTA Scholarship Program that benefits students.

SUPERSTAR Award
Skyline Elementary PTA's SUPERSTAR Award
We have so many wonderful volunteers that have helped us out this year. There are a few that stand out and shine like a superstar. We want recognize these individuals for all they have done for our PTA.

F.A.C.E.
Family and Community Engagement Award of Excellence
The purpose of this award is to promote family and community engagement at local PTAs, community PTAs, and councils by recognizing programs, projects, and activities/events that increase family and community engagement and involvement.
GOLD Award
This year we won the Gold level F.A.C.E. award for two of our programs.
Our Winter Craft Night won the GOLD award in the event category.
Our Skyline Squad won the GOLD award in the program category.
Membership Growth
Our PTA is growing! Thank you to everyone who has become a member this year: You are the reason our PTA achieved this award! If you haven’t yet signed up for a PTA membership, please consider joining today! By doing so, you are demonstrating your support for our PTA and all it does for Skyline Elementary.
BRONZE Award
The Bronze Award recognizes local PTAs, in good standing, for enrolling at least one more member than their previous year’s total membership.
SILVER Award
The Silver Award recognizes local PTAs, in good standing, for enrolling PTA members equaling at least 105% of their previous year’s total membership.
GOLD Award
The Gold Award recognizes local PTAs, in good standing, for enrolling PTA members equaling at least 110% of their previous year’s total membership. This means our PTA is growing!
PLATINUM Award
The Platinum Award recognizes local PTAs, in good standing, for enrolling PTA members equaling at least 120% of their previous year's total membership. This means our PTA growth has been truly exceptional!
CONTINUOUS GROWTH Award
The continuous growth award recognizes PTAs who have had membership growth year after year. Our membership is amazing!
